Ashland B. showed up on time after giving me a courtesy call 25 minutes in advance of her arrival. I really appreciated that. She proceeded right to work and did a fantastic job checking everything in the house that could possibly be a threat. She was delightful! She put on her little booties when she came in so she wouldn't hurt my carpet. She was very polite and pleasant and really did a fine job. I strongly recommend this technician to anybody who wants good service. I also recommend Newtown Termite & Pest Control, as I've had a very good 2-year relationship with them on a service contract, and they're always right on time and they do what they say. Strong recommend!

Ashland was quite thorough as she completed her work on the interior of the house. I thanked her for a good job and wished her well. I watched as she completed the treatment on the exterior of the residence. Again, she was conscientious and thorough.
