Comprehensive, Professional Pest Control
We are just starting our complete and thorough pest control with Newtown Pest Control. Shane did a comprehensive review of our needs and listened carefully to all my concerns. After he examined the home inside and outside, he had photos of areas of concern. He quickly identified the rodents that I suspected I had. He put together the package I was looking for and understood my determination to eradicate pests in my home long term!
Randy was the first one out to set traps, spray, granulate, etc. inside and outside. He also listened and responded to my concerns. He explained where all the traps were and was efficient and professional.
This is just the beginning of our Newtown Pest Control journey. The attic will be addressed in a few days with the removal of all the infested fiberglass insulation and finish the rest of this process. I will be more than happy to follow up with another shining review if indeed everything goes as planned.

Worked Nonstop for Hours
Chris and his team arrived on time and worked nonstop up and down stairs for hours!! I ordered pizza because they weren’t even taking a break. They ate a slice and kept going. They all were respectful of our home and furniture while bringing things in and out of the house. So glad we had new spray foam insulation done in our attic just in time for the cold weather. Highly recommend Newtown Termite and Pest Control. I recently moved into a new home. I contacted them to get a quote on TAP insulation (already had an estimate). Their quote was a little lower, and Mike also provided me with helpful information. They came today to install the insulation. They arrived on time, and each gentleman was polite and professional. I need to especially mention Jason. A pest situation arose (coincidentally) when they were here, and he quickly addressed the issue. In addition, he provided me with valuable information. As a result, I have signed a service contract with the company after being with another company for 22 years. I am loyal but feel I will be in better hands. Thank you, Mike and Jason!!

Professional, competent, excellent and caring
Thank you very much, Mike. We are very grateful for the diligence and care by Newtown Termite & Pest Control; Mike, Andrew, Nicole, Debi, Joe (more recently), and team. They are professional, competent, excellent, and caring. We had TAP insulation installed after diligent remediation in our attic earlier this year. After TAP was installed, the cap for the attic was only just received from the manufacturer, and Mike came over to place the cover on 12/6. While he was at the house, he checked the attic and reported there was no evidence for rodent activity, i.e., nothing in the traps, and the installed TAP appeared level and there were no signs of disturbance of the blown-in TAP. The TAP insulation seems to be working (YAY!!), with respect to energy and as a rodent deterrent. Thank you, Mike, Andrew, and Newtown Termite & Pest Control. I give them a 5+.
